Director of Client Strategy & Content

Location: Calgary, AB (Remote-Friendly, Must Be Local to Calgary)
Position: Part-Time OR Full-Time

As the Director of Client Strategy & Content, you’ll lead client relationships, develop creative strategies that drive results, and roll up your sleeves to bring content to life. This is a hybrid role that combines account direction, brand strategy, and content production. You’re a relationship builder, a sharp storyteller, and a strategic thinker who knows how to translate brand goals into scroll-stopping content.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead client relationships, ensuring seamless communication, strategic alignment, and long-term value

  • Develop and oversee brand, content, and campaign strategies across multiple clients

  • Direct content production—photography, videography, social media, and digital campaigns—while contributing hands-on when needed

  • Collaborate with our internal team of creatives and strategists to deliver standout work

  • Ensure each brand’s visual identity and tone is respected, while pushing creative boundaries

  • Track performance and provide strategic recommendations backed by insight and data

  • Mentor junior team members and help build a collaborative, forward-thinking culture

You’re a Fit If You:

  • Have 5+ years of experience in marketing, content, or brand strategy (agency experience a plus, but if you have crushed it working internally for a brand, we want to hear from you too)

  • Are confident managing multiple client relationships and leading strategic conversations

  • Have a strong portfolio of content creation (photography, video, or social campaigns)

  • Can confidently switch between creative and strategic modes

  • Are obsessed with storytelling, brand building, and setting trends—not following them

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a passion for growing great brands

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have experience in food, wellness, or hospitality marketing

  • Are comfortable on set directing shoots or working with creators

  • Can speak to campaign performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or Klaviyo
